Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a generalist HR environment partnering with leaders to deliver impactful people solutions.
• Broad and in-depth knowledge across all key areas of HR with ability to balance strategic priorities and operational delivery.
• Strong understanding of employment legislation and regulatory requirements, applied with confidence and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to develop and deliver people plans aligned with wider business and HR strategies.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of functional HR strategies, ensuring people priorities support business objectives.
• Lead organisational design activities and help deliver business transformation, integration programmes, and structural changes.
• Oversee employment cost forecasting and budgeting, ensuring decisions are commercially sound and aligned with performance targets.
• Provide expert guidance on complex employee relations matters, helping leaders navigate sensitive situations with confidence and fairness.
• Manage TUPE-related activities, ensuring compliance while maintaining business continuity and supporting colleagues through change.
• Bring together cross-functional HR priorities, frameworks, and initiatives to drive consistency and positive business outcomes.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, using data, insights, and sound judgement to support informed decision-making.
• Champion diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging, helping to create a culture where everyone can succeed and feel valued.
• Collaborate with Centres of Expertise to embed effective people policies, processes, and frameworks across the organisation.
• Support workforce planning, succession planning, and talent initiatives to ensure the business has the capabilities needed for future success.
• Help leaders enhance employee engagement, support change adoption, and contribute to building a high-performing and inclusive culture.
