Job summary

Vodafone Group Plc is seeking a senior professional to lead organisational effectiveness and operating model design across the Vodafone Group and markets. You will partner with HRBPs and business leaders to review current structures, identify gaps, and design target organisation structures that drive simplicity and impact.

The role requires strong analytical and strategic thinking, excellent communication, and significant management consulting or OE experience in large, complex organisations.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering operating model and organisational design studies.
• Ability to lead macro operating model design and target organisation structuring.
• Masters degree preferred; CIPD or similar professional qualifications.
• Significant OE experience in large, complex organisations.

Responsibilities

• Drive macro operating model design studies with HRBPs and leaders.
• Lead macro organisation structure design studies and target state design.
• Ensure delivery of operating model and organisational designs across Vodafone Group and markets.
• Lead organisational effectiveness and transformational projects to improve efficiency.
• Develop best practice org frameworks/tools for reviews across groups and markets.
