Job summary

Vodafone Group Plc is seeking a leader to shape our Employee Listening Strategy and culture initiatives. You will deliver insights that inform actions, align listening with business strategy, and drive the global rollout of our Experience Framework.

You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to translate data into actionable improvements, guide listening platforms, and support change in diverse markets while advancing Vodafone’s Spirit of Vodafone priorities.

• Experience leading employee listening, engagement, and behavioural development.

Responsibilities

• Support development and delivery of Vodafone's Employee Listening Strategy.
• Develop insights and narratives aligned to transformation and business strategy.
• Connect listening insights to actions for individuals, teams and the organisation.
• Support measurement methods for core metrics to identify gaps and drive actions.
• Inform and guide the product roadmap for listening partners to maximise ROI.
• Collaborate across the business to implement culture and engagement initiatives.
