Job summary

Adecco is seeking a Senior Order Processor to join our team in the United Kingdom. You will process customer orders accurately, respond to enquiries, and support order fulfilment to deliver a smooth experience for our clients.

Training will take place at the Hernhill office in Kent for the first months, with potential for one day of remote work in the future. The role requires sales admin/order processing experience and a strong eye for detail.

Qualifications

• Experience with Sales administrator is required.
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Manage customer enquiries and support order fulfilment processes.
• Collaborate with teams across the business to deliver a great customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Check stock availability with warehouse.
• Set up new client accounts.

Monday - Thursday & Sunday. flexibility. 08:00-17:30

Friday & Saturday - days off.

Travel to Hernhill office in Kent for the first few months for Training.

Your part of the job: ( Experience with Sales administrator is required)

As a Sales coordinator you will be responsible for processing customer orders accurately and efficiently, managing customer enquiries, and supporting the smooth operation of our order fulfilment processes. Working closely with teams across the business, you will help deliver an excellent customer experience while supporting the continued growth of our e-commerce operations.

• In putting customer orders.
• Answering calls from Clients/ suppliers/ customers.
• Checking stock availability with warehouse.
• Setting up new client accounts.
• Attention to detail is a must!
• Resolve any issues that may arise.
• Liaise & work with other departments.
