Job summary

Hunter Selection is seeking a Sales Order Processor to support a busy operation at the Clevedon site. The role is full-time with initial training in Clevedon, and there may be some flexibility around hybrid working thereafter.

You will process customer orders from receipt to dispatch, coordinating with purchasing, production, stores and logistics to keep orders moving and maintain a high level of service. A salary of £29,000–£32,000 plus bonus and excellent benefits is on offer.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a sales order processing, order administration, customer service or operations support role.
• Strong administrative and organisational skills.
• Experience using ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work across multiple departments.
• Manufacturing, engineering, logistics or supply chain experience would be advantageous.
• Full UK Driving Licence is essential.

Responsibilities

• Check order details, pricing, product codes and documentation for accuracy
• Raise works orders, pick lists and dispatch paperwork
• Monitor order progress and provide updates to internal stakeholders

A growing specialist manufacturing business are looking to appoint an Order Processor to support a busy operation during an exciting period of expansion.

Working within the procurement function, this newly created role will play a key part in ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently from receipt through to dispatch. You'll work closely with colleagues across purchasing, production, stores, logistics and customer-facing teams to keep orders moving and ensure customers receive a high level of service.

Key Responsibilities

Working Arrangements
