Hunter Selection is recruiting a Sales Order Processor in Clevedon. You will process and maintain customer orders from receipt through dispatch, using ERP/MRP systems and MS Office, coordinating with purchasing, production and logistics to keep customers informed.

This full-time role requires strong administrative skills, excellent attention to detail, and clear communication across multiple departments. A Full UK Driving Licence is essential.

Responsibilities

A growing specialist manufacturing business are looking to appoint an Order Processor to support a busy operation during an exciting period of expansion.

Working within the procurement function, this newly created role will play a key part in ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently from receipt through to dispatch. You'll work closely with colleagues across purchasing, production, stores, logistics and customer-facing teams to keep orders moving and ensure customers receive a high level of service.

This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and detail-oriented administrator with experience in order processing, customer service, supply chain, logistics or manufacturing administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and maintain customer orders through internal ERP systems

• Strong communication skills and ability to work across multiple departments
• Manufacturing, engineering, logistics or supply chain experience would be advantageous
• Full UK Driving Licence is essential

Working Arrangements

This position is based full-time from the company's Clevedon office during the initial training and probation period. There may be some flexibility around hybrid working thereafter. Occasional travel to other UK sites may be required.
