Nub News is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Architect for a 6-month rolling contract in Warwick. You will implement and support Absence and Payroll modules for UK public sector clients, leveraging Oracle Global Payroll/Absence Cloud and deep knowledge of UK payroll, pension, and absence processes.

You will lead client engagements, discuss integrations and data migrations, and guide projects through the SDLC to ensure smooth delivery and top system performance.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 12+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM implementations for Absence and Payroll modules (UK).
• Proficiency with UK payroll processes and Oracle Global Payroll/Absence Cloud in the UK public sector.
• Ability to discuss integrations, data migrations, and reporting with diverse audiences.
• Strong SDLC leadership, project guidance, and client engagement skills.
