Job summary

LA International Computer Consultants Ltd seeks an experienced Oracle Fusion Payroll specialist to lead UK payroll/absence implementations and ongoing support. You will drive at least one full lifecycle rollout and collaborate across technical and business teams to ensure compliance with UK statutory payments and auto-enrolment.

The role requires deep SDLC knowledge, hands-on configuration, and the ability to translate complex tech solutions for stakeholders. Security-clearance is advantageous.

Qualifications

Minimum 10+ years in Oracle FusiPayroll and Absence implementations for UK, with at least one full lifecycle rollout.
Proficient in UK payroll, pension, and absence processes including SSP/SMP etc.
Strong configuration knowledge of payroll elements, definitions, and GL interfaces.
Experience writing and debugging Fast Formula (element, proration, validation).
Knowledge of HDL, HCM Extract, BI reporting, and Payro loader.

Responsibilities

Communicate complex technology solutions to technical and business teams.
Lead discussions with customer teams for integrations, data migrations, and reports.
Ensure adherence to the full SDLC and document risk mitigations (RAID).
