Job summary

TestYantra Software Solutions in Warwick seeks an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll Consultant to implement and support UK Payroll in the public sector. You will cover UK Pension and Absence processes, and work with Global Payroll and Absence Cloud solutions within UK public sector contexts.

You will lead client engagements, discuss integrations, data migrations and reporting, and guide SDLC activities end-to-end.

Qualifications

• 10+ years hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion HCM implementation and support for Payroll and Absence in the UK.
• At least 1 full lifecycle implementation or major rollout in UK Payroll & Absence.
• Proficient in UK Payroll, Pension and Absence processes including statutory payments.
• Experience with HDL, HCM Extract, BI reporting, Fast Formulas and related tools.
• Ability to communicate complex solutions to technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Execute Oracle Fusion HCM implementations, focusing on UK Payroll modules.
• Lead discussions on integrations, data migrations and payroll reporting.
• Support UAT, Payroll Parallel Reconciliation, and hyper care.
• Prepare status reports with RAID logs and risk mitigations.
