LA International Computer Consultants Ltd. is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Payroll specialist for UK implementation and support.

You will handle Absence modules, UK payroll, pension and absence processes and contribute to multi-team delivery. The role requires deep hands-on experience, strong configuration skills, and the ability to communicate complex solutions to technical and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years hands-on experience in implementation and support of Oracle Fusion Payroll and Absence for the UK.
• Proficient in UK payroll, pension and absence processes including SSP, SMP, SPP, SAP, ShPP, SPBP.
• Strong configuration knowledge of payroll elements, balances, definitions and GL interfaces.
• Experience with HDL, HCM Extract and BI reporting tools.
• Ability to communicate complex tech solutions to technical and business teams; lead integrations discussions.

Responsabilités

• Lead discussions with customer teams for integrations, data migrations and reports.
• Prepare status reports with RAG and maintain RAID log.
• Participate in full SDLC lifecycle and support major rollouts.
