Job summary

Version 1 is seeking an Oracle Programme Manager to lead complex ERP transformations and shape strategy for MOSS across Oracle HCM Cloud, ERP Cloud and EPM Cloud. You will own delivery, manage client relationships, and guide multidisciplinary teams while working within our award-winning Oracle practice.

The role offers a hybrid working model with travel to client sites, enabling enterprise-scale transformation for major UK and international clients.

Qualifications

Experience delivering Oracle Cloud and/or Oracle E-Business Suite programmes (HCM, ERP, EPM).
Strong background in programme and project methodologies MSP and PRINCE2.
Experience managing fixed-price engagements and commercial delivery.
Deep understanding of governance, reporting, and scope control.
Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to lead, influence and drive outcomes across complex environments.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end delivery of Oracle HCM/ERP/EPM programmes.
Act as the primary client interface, building strong, trusted relationships.
Define and agree scope, objectives, and business outcomes.
Lead and motivate delivery teams to perform at pace and deliver excellence.
Develop robust, achievable programme plans aligned to Version 1's MAXIMISE methodology.
Drive governance, reporting and stakeholder engagement at senior levels.
Proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies and change control.
Take ownership of commercial performance, including budget and P&L.
Coordinate with third parties and client teams to ensure alignment.
Support pre-sales and business development activities
