Job summary

Version 1, a leading Oracle partner in the UK, is hiring an Oracle HCM Cloud Programme Manager to own complex ERP transformations across Oracle HCM Cloud, ERP Cloud and EPM Cloud. You will lead multidisciplinary delivery teams and act as trusted advisor to clients, ensuring programmes land on time and on budget.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering Oracle Cloud and/or Oracle E-Business Suite programmes (HCM, ERP, EPM).
• Strong background in programme and project methodologies (MSP, PRINCE2).
• Experience managing fixed-price engagements and commercial delivery.
• Deep understanding of governance, reporting, and scope control.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to lead across complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of Oracle HCM/ERP/EPM programmes.
• Primary client interface; build trusted relationships.
• Define scope, objectives, and business outcomes.
• Lead delivery teams to perform at pace and deliver excellence.
• Develop and manage programme plans aligned to MAXIMISE methodology.
• Drive governance, reporting and stakeholder engagement at senior levels.
• Proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies and change control.
• Take ownership of commercial performance, including budget and P&L.
• Coordinate with third parties and client teams for alignment.
• Support pre-sales and business development activities.
