Job summary

Version 1 is seeking an Oracle ERP Cloud Programme Manager to own and deliver complex Oracle transformation programmes across ERP/HCM/EPM. You will guide clients through large-scale change while leading multidisciplinary delivery teams, in a globally recognised Oracle partner environment.

With 700+ Oracle specialists and a strong MAXIMISE methodology, you will shape strategy, drive governance, and ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes for major transformations across multiple regions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering Oracle Cloud and/or Oracle E-Business Suite programmes (ERP, HCM, EPM).
• Strong background in programme and project methodologies (MSP, PRINCE2).
• Experience managing fixed-price engagements and commercial delivery.
• Deep understanding of governance, reporting, and scope control.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of Oracle ERP/HCM/EPM programmes
• Act as the primary client interface, building strong, trusted relationships
• Define and agree scope, objectives, and business outcomes
• Lead and motivate delivery teams to perform at pace and deliver excellence
• Develop and manage robust, achievable programme plans aligned to Version 1’s MAXIMISE methodology
• Drive governance, reporting and stakeholder engagement at senior levels
• Proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies and change control
• Take ownership of commercial performance, including budget and P&L
• Coordinate with third parties and client teams to ensure alignment
• Support pre-sales and business development activities
