Qualifications

• 3+ years in optical experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to promote optical and hearing services and drive appointments within the store
• Maintain accurate customer records and manage stock levels
• Provide outstanding customer service and handle enquiries professionally
• Assist patients in selecting frames and lenses suited to needs and lifestyle
• Perform adjustments and repairs; schedule and confirm appointments
• Support fitting and dispensing of contact lenses; conduct preliminary pre-tests and measurements
• Support management in achieving store sales targets and marketing events
• Coach and train the team to deliver store targets
