About the Role

Your role will involve optimising sales opportunities, training and supporting our teams, maintaining customer records, managing stock, and providing exceptional customer service. You will assist patients in selecting the right eyewear, educating them on care and maintenance, and ensuring a seamless experience. With a strong retail background and excellent communication skills, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment, making a meaningful impact on our customers’ lives. As a member of the management team, you will support the team through coaching and training and deliver on business targets.

Key Responsibilities
