Qualifikationen

• Post-secondary education, HNC, ONC, BTEC or ‘A' Level.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills, technical competence, sound decision making.
• Numerate, analytical/problem solving, motivational, attention to detail, good planner, well organised, resourceful.
• Significant managerial experience in the sprinkler industry.
• Thorough knowledge of the company and its products and processes.

Aufgaben

• Ultimate responsibility for the day to day running / management of their projects team and their specific projects.
• Overseeing the project team's workload from pre-construction through construction to commissioning and handover in line with QA procedures.
• Ensuring Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental requirements are met by the project team.
• Ensuring financial targets are met by the project team.
• Ensuring client satisfaction and resolving issues that arise.
• Motivating and training the project team and coordinating with directors and management.
