Job summary

Argus Fire, part of the Mitie Group, is recruiting a Project Manager for fire protection systems projects based in London. You will oversee site surveys, procurement, and cost control while coordinating with clients and site teams to ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires extensive experience in commercial sprinkler projects and a strong understanding of relevant standards. Join a leading fire safety provider and contribute to major installations and service work.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years experience as Project Manager of commercial sprinkler installations.
• CSCS card is required.
• Strong procurement and cost control skills.
• Background in commercial sprinkler contracts, wet riser systems and dry riser systems.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Office and similar project management software.
• Understanding of sprinkler-related standards BS EN12845, LPC Rules & BS9990.

Responsibilities

• Site surveys and planning for fire protection projects.
• Procurement of labour, equipment and fabrication.
• Liaising with clients, consultants, suppliers and site managers/supervisors.
• Be responsible for cost control of contracts/projects in partnership with Operations Manager/Director.
• Keep records of installation progress and monitor against program.
