Mitie Cleaning & Hygiene Services is seeking an Operations Manager for Argus Fire, based from our Stourbridge office with UK coverage. You will oversee the projects team from design to handover, ensuring QA, H&S, and environmental standards are met while achieving financial targets.

The role requires strong leadership, extensive experience in sprinkler contracting, and excellent stakeholder management to maintain client satisfaction and drive on-time delivery.

Competenze

• Post-secondary education such as HNC/ONC/BTEC/A-level.
• Minimum 10 years' experience in contract supervision/management in the sprinkler industry.
• Significant managerial experience.
• Thorough knowledge of the company, products and processes.
• Excellent inter-personal skills, negotiating skills, technical competence, sound decision maker.

• Ultimate responsibility for day-to-day running of their projects team.
• Oversee workload from pre-construction through construction to handover per QA procedures.
• Ensure Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental requirements are met by the project team.
• Ensure financial targets are met by the project team.
• Ensure client satisfaction and resolve issues that arise.
• Motivate and train the project team.
• Maintain effective relationships with directors and management to coordinate activities.
