Job summary

Harbour Hotels is seeking a Spa Supervisor for our Brighton Harbour Hotel & Spa to maintain exceptional service across the spa and leisure guests. You will assist the Spa Management team, lead a motivated team, and deliver a range of treatments including massage while handling reception duties and diary management.

The role requires NVQ Level 2 & 3 qualifications; TEMPLE SPA and ELEMIS training would be an advantage.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 and 3 qualifications preferred.
• Experience delivering spa treatments and delivering excellent customer service.
• Knowledge of HarSPA and Temple Spa training is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist Spa Management in running the spa and leisure guest experience.
• Lead and motivate the spa team to ensure consistent guest service.
• Carry out a variety of treatments including massage and reception duties.
• Oversee diary management and proactively promote high-quality spa products and services.
