Bedford Lodge Hotel & Spa is seeking an experienced hospitality leader to step into the role of Deputy General Manager, working closely with the Chief Executive and leading day-to-day operations in their absence.

You will collaborate with Heads of Department across F&B, Front Office, Conference & Events, Leisure and Spa, while ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maintaining Four Red Star standards. A strong commercial mindset and people leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a senior management or Deputy General Manager role within hospitality.
• Strong operational knowledge across hotel departments, especially F&B and Front of House.
• Proven ability to lead, develop and motivate teams.
• Good understanding of budgeting, P&L and controlling costs.
• Strong commercial awareness and focus on revenue and quality.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day hotel and spa operations in the CEO's absence.
• Collaborate with Heads of Department across Food & Beverage, Front Office, Conference & Events, Leisure and Spa.
• Support recruitment, retention, training and development; assist HR and CEO on people matters.
• Contribute to annual budgeting, financial reviews and cost management, especially F&B.
