The National Crime Agency seeks Senior Managers to lead teams in tackling serious crime. It is likely that the site will be operational from Summer 2025. In the interim, you will be required to carry out your duties from Spring Gardens, Vauxhall, or another reasonable location. Moving from any temporary location will not entitle you to travel payments under the Relocation and Excess Travel Policy.

It is the core crime-fighting capability of the NCA, focusing on tackling criminals and risks beyond the capacity of other law enforcement bodies.
Our teams respond to a broad range of threats, often overlapping with police forces, other agencies, and private industry.
We seek Senior Managers to lead multi-functional teams; to quality assure, develop, and deliver strategic and tactical operational activities aligned with Agency operations, investigations, and prevention initiatives. Responsibilities include providing advice on legislation, policy, tactical options, and evidential opportunities to manage risks, especially harm to vulnerable persons. You will oversee operations targeting the highest risk offenders and set high standards of professional behaviour to foster a positive, inclusive, and dynamic workforce.
Vacancies are active in Bristol, Dover, Exeter, Gartcosh, Gillingham (Kent), and Solent. Successful candidates for other locations will be added to a pipeline list.
PIP 2 Manager or equivalent experience. Please include dates of any relevant certifications on your CV. Evidence may be required during assessment.
Salary of £70,658 plus £20,469 pension contribution. Benefits include annual leave, training, flexible working, and various schemes supporting work-life balance and development.
