Job Opportunity: Senior Operations Manager

A leading consultancy in London's West End is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to join their busy and expanding team. This is a permanent role that involves travel to Europe at least once a quarter and requires a highly organized and proactive individual.

Your responsibilities

• Lead and manage office services including Reception, Catering, and Cleaning, ensuring budgets are maintained.
• Collaborate with the Director to improve operational efficiency.
• Ensure a seamless front-of-house experience for guests and oversee IT/AV support setup.
• Coordinate and deliver high-quality international events.
• Manage line reports, including three office staff members.
• Negotiate with vendors to secure optimal pricing and services.
• Organize mandatory health and safety training and conduct risk assessments.
• Oversee onboarding and induction processes for new staff.
• Work closely with international offices to align on strategic initiatives.
• Manage technology rollout projects across multiple sites.
• Track and report key office metrics such as attendance and utilization to leadership.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• Extensive experience in a senior operations management position within a large organization.
• Experience working in a professional services environment.
• Proven vendor and budget management skills.
• The ability to travel into the office at least 4 days a week, ideally 5.
