Your new company
A permanent opportunity for a leading consultancy in the heart of London's West End are seeking a Senior Operations Manager to join their busy and growing team! This role will involve travel to Europe at least once a quarter and is a highly demanding and busy position.
Your new role

• Lead and manage office services such as Reception, Catering and Cleaners, ensuring office budgets are aligned.
• Working closely with Director to improve operations
• Ensure a seamless front-of-house experience for guests & all IT/AV support is set up
• Deliver high-quality international events
• Line management for x3 office candidates
• Lead vendor negotiations and ensure the best pricing
• Book internal mandatory training for H&S and conduct risk assessments
• Onboarding and inductions of new starters
• Working closely with international offices to align on strategic operations and initiatives
• Project management of technology rollouts across multiple sites
• Tracking key metrics related to the office, such as attendance and utilisation to report back to leadership

What you'll need to succeed

• Strong experience in a similar senior position within large-scale Operations Management is essential.
• Experience working in a professional services firm is essential.
• Vendor management and budget management experience is essential.
• Line management experience
• Ability to travel into the office a minimum of 4 days a week (5 days ideally).
