Day to Day Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the team to achieve day-to-day excellence
• Ensure delivery of contractual KPIs and budget requirements across all sites
• Prepare annual operations budget
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders for operational performance and long-term partnerships
• Promote a culture of efficiency, Operational Excellence, and Continuous Improvement
• Achieve best-in-class HSE performance and embed a safety culture
• Develop and implement customer satisfaction improvement plans
• Manage contract change processes with robust governance
• Organize and lead regular reviews and reports
• Build trusted relationships with procurement and operational teams
• Serve as the primary contact for operational issues and escalations
• Develop internal networks across sectors and functions, collaborating with account and business development teams
• Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure a smooth client experience
