Senior Operations Manager

Security, FM and multiple organisations

Regional / Nottingham office based with travel in South of England Region

up £50,000 DOE + flexible salary depending on candidate and experience + remote with office and site visits + 45p milage coverage up to 10,000 miles + company benefits

Do you have experience managing operations in security or across multiple sites?

In this senior role, you'll influence the culture and performance of multiple sites. You'll have the freedom to drive operational excellence, implement new ideas, and play a key role in shaping a high-performing, forward-thinking team.

As Regional / Senior Operations Manager, you’ll oversee the daily running and long-term strategy of key sites, ensuring compliance with SIA, ACS, ICO, and health & safety standards. You'll lead on staff development, performance, and rota planning, while also managing risk assessments, SOPs, and HR processes. The Role:

• Manage daily operations across multiple sites, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
• Supervise staff performance, manage rota planning, and provide ongoing leadership.
• Ensure compliance with SIA, ACS, ICO, and health & safety regulations.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and ensure SOPs are up to date and followed.
• Implement best practices to improve operational efficiency.
• Support HR functions including disciplinaries, investigations, and performance reviews.
• Oversee training and development
• Ensure timely, accurate completion of documentation, audits, and reports
• Contribute to business growth by identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategic solutions.

The Person:

• Experience overseeing the running of multiple sites and have a strong aptitude of health & safety regulations and compliance with ideally SIA, or ACS and ICO understanding
