Our client, an affordable housing organization, requires a Senior Operations Property Manager to join their expanding property services team. The role involves managing and leading a team of surveying staff to oversee their affordable housing portfolio.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering regional repairs, voids, planned investments, and major works programs, ensuring these are completed to targets and standards related to revenue, cost, quality, and time, in line with the organization's repairs and investment strategy.
This role also includes overseeing contractor performance, managing complex contractor relations to increase overall deliverables and value for money. It is primarily a home-based position with occasional meetings for contractor performance reviews and office management.
