Job summary

Tilz Collection is seeking a senior Operations Manager to lead demand planning, inventory, purchasing, inbound logistics, fulfilment and systems. You will guide the UK operation through the Warehouse Manager and Ecommerce/Logistics Executive, and build scalable controls for growth, with a view to launching Tilz's own 3PL service.

You will own the operational system from product approval to customer delivery, develop planning disciplines and ensure fast, accurate fulfilment across DTC,

Qualifications

• Substantial experience leading operations in an ecommerce, consumer product or multichannel fulfilment business.
• Strong demand planning and inventory management experience with stock as working capital.
• Experience managing purchase orders, inbound freight and customs for imported goods.
• Experience across multiple channels and locations including Amazon FBA and external partners.
• Experience negotiating with logistics providers and managing or leading through managers.

Responsibilities

• Own demand forecasting and the consolidated stock plan by channel and location.
• Own inventory strategy, stock allocation and replenishment rules.
• Raise purchase orders and prepare supplier payment schedules within controls.
• Manage inbound logistics, freight, customs and delivery to warehouses and partners.
• Lead UK fulfilment and warehouse operations through the Warehouse Manager.
• Design and onboard a 3PL service with rate cards and compliance controls.
• Lead team development, customer experience standards and issue resolution.
• Document processes and report on forecast accuracy, stock health and costs.
