• Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and manage budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage day-to-day operational activities across electrical and utility infrastructure projects.
• Oversee project delivery from planning through to handover, ensuring safety and budgets.
• Coordinate internal teams and external contractors to meet programme targets.
• Provide operational leadership and drive continuous improvement across projects.
• Monitor performance, manage risks and optimise resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, quality and technical standards.
• Contribute to tenders, bids and opportunities with technical and operational input.
• Report regularly to senior management on performance and delivery.
