You will drive end-to-end delivery of contracted works, ensuring safety, quality and client alignment while mentoring the team and identifying growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Senior operational leader with a strong background in electrical utilities.
• Experience in an ICP or similar environment.
• Strong commercial awareness, focused on profitability and risk.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of electrical projects and ensure safety, quality and regulatory compliance.
• Provide leadership, mentoring and performance management to the electrical operations team.
• Develop relationships with clients and partners to support growth and tendering.
• Review tenders for compliance and alignment with client requirements.
• Collaborate with commercial team to maximise project performance and profitability.
• Produce clear programmes and work instructions covering technical and safety requirements.
