Job summary

The Green Recruitment Company is partnered with a leading UK business delivering electrical infrastructure and utility connections. We seek an experienced Operations Manager to lead day-to-day operational delivery across a portfolio of projects, driving safety, efficiency, and commercial performance.

The role requires senior leadership with strong coordination across project teams, contractors, clients and network stakeholders to continuously improve operational performance and delivery

Qualifications

• Proven experience in an Operations Manager, Operations Director, Senior Project Manager, Programme Manager or similar senior operational role.
• Strong background within utilities, electrical infrastructure, power networks, engineering or a related technical environment.
• Proven experience managing multidisciplinary teams and external contractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage day-to-day operational activities across electrical and utility infrastructure projects.
• Oversee delivery from planning to handover, ensuring safety, efficiency and budgets.
• Coordinate internal engineering, project and site teams with external contractors and suppliers.
