Job summary

TGRC, in partnership with a leading UK business, is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead day-to-day delivery across electrical infrastructure projects. You will drive safe, efficient and commercially sound operations, working with senior leaders, engineers, contractors and clients to optimise performance and deliver continuous improvement.

The role demands a hands-on leader with a strong background in utilities/ electrical networks, resource planning, budgeting and stakeholder

Qualifications

Proven experience in leading operations across utilities/electrical infrastructure.
Strong ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams and external contractors.
Excellent communication with clients, suppliers and stakeholders.
Solid understanding of H&S, risk management and safe systems of work.
Ability to drive continuous improvement and operational performance.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day operational activities across electrical and utility infrastructure projects.
Oversee project delivery from planning through to handover, within budgets and timelines.
Coordinate internal engineering, project and site teams with external contractors and suppliers.
Ensure operations comply with electrical, technical and health & safety standards.
Provide operational leadership and performance reporting to senior management.
