Job summary

Leeds Building Society is seeking an Operational Resilience & Technology Risk Business Partner to provide robust oversight across operational resilience, technology resilience and resilience assurance. The role shapes resilience governance, challenges first-line teams and collaborates with I.T., Internal Audit and risk colleagues to ensure timely remediation.

You’ll strengthen assurance coverage, improve management information and governance reporting as part of our CORE transformation

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of operational resilience and technology resilience controls and their design/effectiveness.
• Experience assessing regulatory expectations for operational resilience, technology and information security risk, and third-party management.
• Experience planning/delivering risk-based assurance or thematic reviews with clear senior management reports.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development, embedding and effectiveness of the Operational Resilience framework and align with regulatory expectations.
• Lead assurance reviews across operational resilience, technology resilience, IT risk and information security; assess design/effectiveness of controls.
• Translate findings into clear risk reporting for governance forums and provide independent challenge to first-line teams.
