Bank of England is seeking a Supplier Governance & Resilience Manager to oversee the Technology supplier risk framework across Leeds and London. You will work with Technology, Procurement, Risk and Operational Resilience to translate policy into practical governance and assurance activities, strengthening supplier oversight and resilience across the Technology supply chain.

Qualificações

• Experience working with third‑party suppliers or service providers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Analytical ability to identify trends and risks and propose mitigations.
• Strong organisational skills to manage competing priorities and deliver outcomes.
• Experience supporting governance, assurance, risk management or compliance activities.
• Experience with technology suppliers and an understanding of technology products/services.
• Knowledge of supplier governance, risk, resilience and regulatory requirements in a regulated environment.
• Experience conducting due diligence and assurance reviews with evidence-based findings.
• Ability to develop governance processes, risk registers, dashboards and MI from regulatory requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and continually improve the Technology supplier risk framework across the supply chain.
• Translate policy and regulatory requirements into practical governance activities.
• Coordinate assurance activities and manage resulting actions with suppliers and internal teams.
• Provide clear recommendations to stakeholders and escalate risks as needed.
• Strengthen controls and visibility of supplier risk to support resilience objectives.
