Job summary

Superb People is seeking a Senior Executive Operational Resilience to lead day-to-day management and continuous improvement of the Bank's Operational Resilience Framework, ensuring FCA, PRA and Bank of England compliance and safeguarding Important Business Services.

You will oversee resilience testing, impact tolerance assessments, audit and regulatory engagement, and coordinate business continuity and incident management to strengthen the bank's ability to withstand disruption and support

Qualifications

• Experience in Operational Resilience or Business Continuity Management.
• Experience supporting Important Business Services (IBS) and impact tolerance tests.
• Familiar with resilience testing exercises and regulatory engagement.

Senior Executive Operational Resilience

The role is responsible for the day-to-day management and continuous improvement of the Bank's Operational Resilience Framework, ensuring compliance with FCA, PRA and Bank of England requirements while safeguarding Important Business Services.

The successful candidate will lead resilience testing, impact tolerance assessments, audit and regulatory engagement, and coordinate business continuity and incident management activities to strengthen the Bank's ability to withstand and recover from disruption.

• Experience in Operational Resilience, Business Continuity Management or a related control function.
• Experience supporting or managing Important Business Services (IBS), impact tolerance assessments and resilience testing exercises
• Collaboration tools and preferrently GRC tools
