Job summary

Experis - ManpowerGroup seeks a Senior Onsite Technician for their Southampton-based R&D Head Office. You will handle fault calls, service requests, and changes, providing Smart Hands support while managing the TechDeck.

The role requires hands-on deskside IT support, AD administration, andOffice 365/Windows 11 experience to support VIPs and executives. Duration through 31 December 2026 with potential extension.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement for high-level support.
• Solid deskside support experience in an onsite environment.
• Experience with Office 365 and Windows 11 environments.
• Ability to manage asset documentation accurately.
• Experience with Active Directory administration.

Responsibilities

• Managing fault calls, service requests and planned changes end-to-end.
• Providing Smart-Hands support for onsite IT needs.
• Manning the TechDeck and supporting key users across the business.
• Carrying out deskside activity including PC/laptop builds and OS configuration.
• Supporting Active Directory administration and some hardware repair.
• Using Office 365 and supporting Windows 11 environments.
• Handling asset management and producing accurate documentation.
• Engaging with VIPs/Executives/Senior Management professionally.
• Taking responsibility for complex cases and driving them to resolution.
