Job summary

Experis IT is seeking a Senior Onsite Technician for our Southampton site. You will manage fault calls, service requests and planned changes while delivering Smart Hands support on a busy corporate head office, engaging with VIPs and executives as needed.

The role involves deskside PC configuration, OS setup, AD administration support and meticulous documentation, working standard site hours with a 8-hour shift pattern and up to £200 per day via umbrella company.

Qualifications

• Hands-on IT support in an onsite environment.
• Experience with Office 365 and Windows 11.
• Solid deskside support experience with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage fault calls, service requests and planned changes end-to-end.
• Provide onsite Smart Hands/ deskside IT support.
• Support VIPs and executives professionally.
• Configure PCs/workstations and OS setup.
• Assist with Active Directory administration and asset management.
• Document actions accurately for audit trail.
• Engage with end users professionally and resolve complex issues.
