Job summary

Experis UK is seeking a Senior Onsite Technician in Southampton to deliver hands-on IT support at their R&D Head Office. You will manage fault calls, service requests and changes, while providing deskside support and maintaining assets.

The role covers Windows 11, Office 365, Active Directory tasks and VIP user interactions, operating Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 18:00 with a 30-minute break. Contract to 31 December 2026 with possible extension.

Qualifications

• Solid deskside support experience in an onsite, user-facing environment.
• Experienced with Office 365 and Windows 11.
• Ability to create accurate documentation and manage assets.
• Communicates clearly with all levels of stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage fault calls, service requests and changes end-to-end.
• Provide Smart-Hands support for onsite IT needs.
• Manning the TechDeck and supporting key users across the business.
• Carry out deskside activity incl. PC builds and OS configuration.
• Support Active Directory administration and hardware repair.
