Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician to join our on-site team in a residential community in Stevenage, UK. You will diagnose faults, perform repairs and decorations, and support daily maintenance operations across buildings, grounds, and equipment.

Ideal candidates will have a recognised trade qualification and proven experience in domestic maintenance, with strong English communication and a proactive, safety‑minded approach.

Qualifications

• Fluent English verbal and written communication skills.
• Essential experience in domestic residential repairs and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and maintenance in residential building(s).
• Inspect and diagnose faults, undertake minor repairs and decorations.
• Maintain records and administer maintenance tasks per policy.
• Coordinate on-site contractors and ensure safety compliance.
• Support Community Manager to maintain security and cleanliness.
