Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician to deliver a high standard of repairs and maintenance across our residential community. You will inspect faults, diagnose issues, and undertake day-to-day decorating and upkeep on building(s), grounds and equipment.

You will work as part of the Community team, communicate clearly with residents and colleagues, supervise spares and outside contractors, and ensure safety, compliance, and timely task completion.

Qualifications

• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven maintenance experience in residential environments.
• Strong teamwork and customer-service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Inspect faults and diagnose issues, perform repairs and decorating in the building(s).
• Coordinate with contractors and suppliers for on-site works.
• Maintain maintenance records and ensure safety compliance and high standards.
