Job summary

Siemens Energy in Wick is seeking a Site Manager to lead daily offshore wind service operations at Beatrice. You will coordinate offshore technicians, logistics, and maintenance schedules while acting as the primary customer interface for performance and service delivery.

You will champion safety leadership, oversee HSE compliance, mentor a high-performing team, and drive improvements to maximise turbine availability and operational excellence in a dynamic offshore environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in site management, offshore wind operations or heavy industrial services.
• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing key customer relationships.
• Strong knowledge of UK offshore HSE regulations, risk assessment and incident investigations.
• Valid GWO Standard Training, OGUK Medical, and Marine Survival certifications.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate offshore wind service operations to maximise turbine availability.
• Drive health, safety, and environmental culture through risk assessments and incident investigations.
• Manage customer relationships at site level with performance reporting.
• Oversee logistics, marine coordination, and resource planning for offshore operations.
