Job summary

SSE Renewables is seeking an Offshore Operational Engineering & Execution Manager to lead engineering governance, asset integrity and maintenance strategies across our offshore wind portfolio. The role is based in multiple SSE locations with expectation to spend time at Glasgow and other sites.

You will manage a multidisciplinary team, drive safety culture and optimise capital interventions while engaging with suppliers and stakeholders to maximise asset performance and resilience.

Qualifications

• Significant engineering and project management leadership experience in offshore wind, power generation, utilities or asset-intensive environments.
• Strong knowledge of offshore wind operations and asset maintenance delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead governance, technical assurance and asset integrity across offshore wind portfolio.
• Oversee maintenance/intervention programmes and major capital projects.
• Act as OT System Owner for SCADA and cyber-security systems.
