Job summary

SSE is seeking a Technical Planner to support the Beatrice Offshore Wind Farm in Wick, Scotland. You will coordinate maintenance plans, optimise asset performance and work with operations, contractors and technical specialists to maximise energy generation.

This role focuses on planning, data integrity in Maximo, and ensuring safety and budget adherence while enabling the offshore wind farm to run reliably. Permanent, full-time with flexible first options.

Qualifications

Experience coordinating maintenance in multi-stakeholder environments.
Strong knowledge of maintenance systems, ideally IBM Maximo.
Understanding of safe systems of work and planning in energy/offshore.
Proficiency with MS Office; planning tools like MS Project or Primavera P6 advisable.
Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and coordinate short, medium and long-term maintenance plans.
Lead daily and weekly planning meetings and prioritise work.
Support production plans, forecasts and budget tracking.
Administer and improve IBM Maximo data and processes.
Manage site access planning and maintenance priorities for safety and availability.
