SSE Renewables, based at Beatrice Offshore Wind Farm in Wick, seeks a Senior Operations Manager to lead the safe, reliable and efficient operation of the offshore wind asset. You will guide a ~50-strong workforce and contractor teams, ensuring strong safety performance and adherence to contractual and financial commitments.

Reporting to the Head of Operations & Maintenance, you will oversee assets, drive continuous improvement and engage with Joint Venture partners to maximise asset value while

Qualificações

• Significant leadership experience in highly regulated industrial environments.
• Proven track record of delivering safety performance and leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience with budget ownership, contract management and delivering business cases.
• Ability to make risk-based decisions across operational, technical and commercial priorities.
• Degree in Engineering, Energy, Marine Operations, Asset Management or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Lead safe, reliable and efficient operation of offshore wind asset, meeting safety, availability, production and service targets.
• Oversee maintenance, outages, asset integrity and compliance to deliver operational and commercial commitments.
• Provide visible leadership across site teams, contractors and matrix functions to drive safety and operational excellence.
• Build relationships with Joint Venture partners and stakeholders to drive performance and governance.
