Job summary

WSP in the UK & Ireland is seeking a Senior Consultant – Offshore within the Renewable Power Generation team to lead offshore wind consultancy projects, coordinate multi-disciplinary inputs and deliver high-quality outputs with limited supervision.

The role focuses on building client relationships, managing scopes, programmes and budgets, and contributing to proposals and business development, with opportunities to travel internationally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science or a related discipline.
• Ability to deliver standard technical tasks autonomously with sound judgement.
• Strong project management and commercial skills with cross-functional inputs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Deliver offshore wind consultancy projects safely and to scope.
• Own technical outputs and provide clear reports and advice.
• Build trusted client relationships and be the day-to-day contact.
• Develop scopes, programmes and budgets; monitor performance.
• Identify opportunities and contribute to proposals and bids.
• Mentor junior colleagues and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
• Ensure governance, risk management and quality across projects.
• Travel internationally as required.
