WSP is seeking a Senior Consultant – Offshore to support the Offshore Wind team within Renewable Power Generation. You will lead consultancy work, engage clients, and coordinate multidisciplinary inputs to deliver high-quality outputs with limited supervision.

Role requires offshore wind knowledge, project management and a consultancy mindset, with travel as required. WSP offers hybrid working across the UK and opportunities for professional development.

Formación

• Experience in renewable energy with offshore wind delivery.
• Ability to deliver standard consultancy tasks autonomously and mentor juniors.
• Strong project management, scope, programme and budget handling.

Responsabilidades

• Manage offshore wind consultancy projects and work packages to scope, schedule and budget.
• Take ownership of technical outputs and produce clear, well-reasoned reports.
• Build trusted client relationships and serve as day-to-day contact.
• Develop scopes, programmes and budgets; monitor performance and risks.
• Identify opportunities, contribute to proposals, and support client care.
• Mentor junior colleagues and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
