Job summary

WSP in the UK & Ireland is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead onshore renewable energy projects across the UK, with a focus on wind and repowering. You will guide multidisciplinary teams through feasibility, design, procurement and construction, ensuring delivery to programme, budget and quality while advising clients.

The Renewables team collaborates across the UK, Ireland and Europe, delivering complex projects with a strong emphasis on safety, governance and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• Chartered Engineer or equivalent accreditation desirable.
• Experience delivering renewable energy projects across development, design, procurement and construction.

Responsibilities

• Lead renewable energy projects from feasibility through to operation.
• Manage scope, programme, budget, risk, quality, health and safety and commercial performance.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across civil, electrical, structural, environmental, planning, geotechnical and grid specialists.
• Oversee procurement activities and contract award recommendations.
• Provide strategic leadership to clients and maintain governance and reporting.
