WSP is seeking a Senior Consultant – Offshore to support offshore wind, subsea and broader renewables sectors. You will deliver projects with autonomy, engage clients, manage budgets and lead teams, while developing opportunities and governance practices.

The role requires strong offshore wind knowledge, a consultancy/engineering mindset, and the ability to mentor colleagues. A hybrid work model and ongoing professional development are offered.

Formación

• Experience delivering offshore wind consultancy projects or work-packages autonomously.
• Strong project management, scope, programme, budgets, and risk handling.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for clients and stakeholders.
• Experience developing client relationships and contributing to proposals or bids.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and deliver offshore wind consultancy projects and work packages to scope, programme and budget.
• Take ownership of technical outputs and provide clear, well-reasoned reports and advice.
• Build trusted client relationships and act as main day-to-day contact on projects.
• Develop scopes, programmes and budgets; monitor performance and support invoicing.
• Identify opportunities, contribute to proposals and client-care activities.
• Mentor junior colleagues and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to deliver objectives.
• Oversee workload, use governance processes, and support resource planning.
