WSP is seeking a Senior Consultant – Offshore within its Renewable Power Generation team. You will lead offshore wind projects, deliver robust technical outputs, manage client relationships and contribute to business development across international projects.

The role requires ownership, strong commercial sense, and the ability to mentor colleagues while coordinating multidisciplinary inputs and resources. Travel may be involved.

Qualifications

• Experience in renewable energy with offshore wind projects.
• Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering or a related discipline or equivalent experience.
• Ability to autonomously deliver standard technical tasks with judgement when senior input is needed.
• Strong project management and commercial skills including scope, programme and budget management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for clients and colleagues.
• Experience developing client relationships and contributing to proposals.

Responsabilités

• Lead offshore wind consultancy projects and work packages within scope, budget and schedule.
• Take ownership of technical outputs and ensure robust reports and advice.
• Build and manage trusted client relationships; be a day-to-day project contact.
• Develop scopes, programmes and budgets; monitor performance and risks.
• Identify opportunities; contribute to proposals and client-care activities.
• Apply offshore wind knowledge across project development, advisory and operations.
• Mentor junior colleagues and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
• Oversee workload, governance, and resource planning; support renewables lead.
