Offshore Project Leader: Engineering Delivery

Job summary

Gattaca seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of multiple medium and large-scale engineering projects. You will coordinate engineering, manufacturing, mobilisation, testing, logistics and offshore support to achieve objectives, while ensuring safety, schedule and budget targets are met.

The role requires proven leadership, strong stakeholder management and the ability to navigate contractual, technical and commercial complexities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven project management experience within engineering, offshore, energy or related technical environments.
• Experience managing complex equipment projects including modification, testing, mobilisation and demobilisation.
• Strong understanding of mechanical handling equipment and project delivery requirements.
• Ability to interpret technical specifications, develop project plans and coordinate execution.
• Demonstrated leadership with ability to motivate teams and build relationships.
• Excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of multiple medium and large-scale projects across contractual, technical, commercial and operational objectives.
• Develop project plans, resources, schedules and delivery timelines while pro-actively managing risks and milestones.
• Coordinate engineering, manufacturing, mobilisation, testing, logistics and offshore support for seamless execution.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
• Maintain project documentation, reporting and project tracking systems.
• Support continuous improvement through reviews, lessons learned and customer feedback.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers and offshore personnel.
