North Cumbria Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust seeks a Senior OD Practitioner to provide expert advice on organisational development and change management. You will support senior leaders with culture, engagement, and leadership development initiatives across our health system.

You will plan and deliver complex OD activities, including dashboards, team development, and service improvements, working within a diverse NHS environment.

Qualifications

• Master's level OD knowledge and experience
• Coaching and mentoring qualification preferred
• Chartered membership of CIPD or equivalent professional body
